The $500 CAD deposit (non-refundable) will be applied to your entry fee ($3,000 CAD).
The remaining $1,500 is due in 3 installments one in Mar, one in April one in May, in the year of your race

From Jan 1 – March 31  (in the same calendar year)
Refund less $300 deposit & less $300 cancelation fee
